Sedona AZ Announces Citywide Art Event "Red Rock Canvas"

Now that more and more visitors, residents and part-time residents have discovered this radiant gem a new day is dawning over the edge of the red rocks.

“Red Rock Canvas,” a destination event, has been born.


In this 1st Annual city-wide arts and culture event Sedona will come alive as never before!

Evening Gala and Charity Auctions at
      Sedona Rouge Hotel & Spa    7-10pm   Saturday Gala information
      Includes: Special guests and honoree John Waddell and an
      introduction from Camp Soaring Eagle's spokeperson, actress and
      artist Jane Seymour. This exciting Live and Silent Auction will be
      accompanied by music and hors d'oeuvres. Lloyd & Sharon Canton,
       founders of the St. Francis Winery & Vineyards, will pour their
       "Wild Oak" label wines. Each 'VIP' or 'GALA' ticket holder will receive
       two complimentary drink tickets.

“Red Rock Canvas” Auction beneficiaries are:
       Camp Soaring Eagle, being constructed in the Village of Oak Creek, which will provide a recreational and therapeutic camp experience to children with serious illnesses and life-threatening conditions. While at camp, these children will discover the joys of childhood often missed during extended medical treatment. Aspiring to become a member of Paul Newman's internationally acclaimed "Hole in the Wall Camps", Camp Soaring Eagle is following stringent guidelines to ensure the camp meets the highest safety standards and quality programming.    www.campsoaringeagle.org

       A passion of honoree John Henry Waddell, Human Nature Dance Theatre performs throughout Northern Arizona. They integrate live music, spoken word and dramatic light effects with movement to create a unique experience translating a story or theme.    www.humannature.ws
